I think that there is no chance that the USA will turn into a Communist/Socialist nation. Our history is lathered in capitalism. People would leave this country or start a rebellion rather than turn to the extreme Radical Left. In my expert opinion of course!

Yes, but you forget that history is always changing. People change as well as our philosphies. The Cold War is over, and we are worrying less and less about spreading democracy in the world. 3rd Parties have sprung up in the US over the years preaching of Socialism, and now we have elected a President who shares in some of their ideals... and the public supports him.

Regardless, I really don't think the U.S will turn completely communist.Its history is just so full of capitalism, that the pride of it is sure to be passed down.
